Your paid conference registration and any associated fees will automatically be applied to your 2025 registration. No additional action is needed for your conference registration unless you need to cancel. Please request to cancel from the new registration confirmation you received or email us at globalevents@ncrvoyix.com.

Your registration fee includes access to conference keynotes, exhibit hall, breakout sessions and conference materials. It also includes after-hours events and entertainment, conference meals and refreshment breaks.

The Registration Desk opens on Monday, March 31 at 12 p.m. The conference will kick off with a Welcome Reception in the Expo Hall starting at 5 p.m. on Monday, March 31.
The conference will conclude on Wednesday, April 2 at 7 p.m.
The Hyatt Regency is located in New Orleans, approximately 23 minutes (14 miles/23 kilometers) from the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY).
